Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our wide-fit shoes for men, women, and children. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear
  • Original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special order items

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

    • Items to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package securely – Use the original packaging and include all tags

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our wide-fit shoes:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the new size needed
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the returned shoes
  • Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
